Welcome, Courtney Manthe!

Champion Christian College is excited to welcome Mrs. Courtney Manthe as our new Director of Financial Aid! As the wife of our former Director of Financial Aid with an extensive background in finance, Mrs. Manthe is uniquely suited to assume this position as her husband transitions to serving as the full-time finance pastor for Gospel Light Baptist Church. Effective now, Mrs. Manthe will be in charge of assisting students with financial aid, monitoring the college’s use of federal funds, performing Title IV reporting, and all other financial aid tasks.

Mrs. Manthe is no stranger to Champion; originally from Huntsville, Alabama, she has lived in Hot Springs for eleven years after meeting her husband, Jeff, at the college. Her top priority is her children: she and Jeff have been foster parents since early 2018 and have welcomed over ten children into their home during this period of time, sharing the love of Christ with these hurting children as well as their families. In addition, Mrs. Manthe enjoys all things DIY, especially creative home projects, and exploring the beautiful Hot Springs area.

Reflecting upon her new position, Mrs. Manthe states, “I am very excited to start this next chapter of my life with Champion and to get involved in the work God is doing within the lives of each student!” We at Champion cannot wait to see what a blessing Mrs. Manthe will be for our staff, faculty, and students, and we’re so happy to have her as the newest member of our Champion family!
