Welcome, Bee Thao!

Champion Christian College is excited to welcome Bee Thao! Bee will be joining Tiger Nation as our head volleyball coach.

Coach Thao brings an impressive level of experience to this position. After falling in love with the sport of volleyball in college, Coach Thao has now been playing and coaching for almost a decade. In addition, he has coached travel ball for Fearless Elite Volleyball Academy for three years.

When he’s not on a volleyball court, Coach Thao enjoys competing in pickleball and serving at his church in prayer, worship, and ministry.

When asked to describe his feelings about working at Champion, Coach Thao says that one word comes to mind: “blessed.” “This summer was the summer that I realized that coaching volleyball is my passion,” he says. “To coach at a collegiate level is an exciting adventure, but to grow and learn together as a school and a team towards our Father is an absolute blessing.” We at Champion feel the same way, and we can’t wait to see how the Lord will use Coach Thao in the lives of our students and athletes!
