Determine the course of study that you desire. If undecided, pick a program and then select the concentration area later.

(Submit 3 months prior to the semester start date in which the student wishes to enroll, unless the student is transferring from an institution already in the United States. Students transferring to Champion will need to complete the Transfer Eligibility Form.)


Acceptance Process
Members of the Admissions and Academic Affairs Departments review all the applicants
responses and documents and make a decision on whether to accept an applicant and on
what condition, if any.
Unconditional – all GPA, transcripts, ACT/SAT/Accuplacer scores, and references meet entrance criteria.
Provisional – key criteria met but receipt of official documentation is needed.
Conditional – key criteria not at minimum threshold for college coursework.
Deferred – either the applicant or the College is not ready for admittance of the applicant.
Declined – the applicant is well below criteria that indicates an ability to benefit.
Course Selection
An assigned Advisor will assist you with course selection following a program map. Resident students select campus courses only. Online course selections are allowed in the event of schedule conflicts with other needed courses.
Note:
12 or more credit hours are considered fulltime for financial aid.
6-11 credit hours are considered half-time for financial aid.
1-5 credit hours is considered part-time and do not qualify for financial aid.
Financial Aid
Once the schedule is in the system, our Financial Aid Director will evaluate to FAFSA applicants to put together and aid package that determines the student’s balance.
Finance Office
After the balance is determined, the Finance Office and Student discuss account payment.
Students pay their balance before the semester begins or paid in installments consisting of 50% down and the remainder based on a signed payment plan. The Finance Office will explain all the options.
International students must pay in full at the beginning of the semester.
Move-in and Orientation
The Director of Student Services assists all students with room assignments, orientation, and other questions regarding move-in and the semester start.
Campus and Online students have a short 30 online orientation course (SOX 1000)
Textbook Pickup
All campus students pick up their textbooks and supplemental materials at a designated
location.
All online students receive their textbooks in the mail. The bookstore will mail textbooksto students during the week prior to classes beginning. Important: make sure your home address is listed accurately in the system.

There is an ACT, SAT, Accuplacer score requirement for unconditional acceptance:
ACT 19 or higher
SAT 990 or higher
Accuplacer 251 or higher
